Pragashini is responsible for leading Thomson Reuters combined Talent and Diversity Centres of Excellence globally, including People Analytics and Talent Acquisition efforts. She is the architect for the overall talent strategy guiding how we attract, develop and retain the best talent, grow our leaders and enable performance that reinforces the deep commitment to building diverse teams and an inclusive environment at Thomson Reuters.Previously, Pragashini was the Vice President, Human Resources – T&O at RBC, accountable for determining people strategies and implementing initiatives to achieve strategic and operational objectives within Technology and Operations.Pragashini holds a Bachelor of Science degree from York University and has her Certified Human Resources Professional designation.
