Chief Inclusion Officer Forum The Ascend Chief Inclusion Officer (“CIO”) Forum is a group of Diversity & Inclusion leaders representing Corporate Canada that come together quarterly to discuss important topics, with the goal of sharing best practices to help influence and accelerate change. I joined the CIO forum because over the last few years I spent time looking more deeply into the issues faced by the Asian community as distinct from other communities. What any community goes through affects all communities and better understanding how systemic barriers are faced by different groups of people gives us all insight into the creation of vibrant and healthy communities.
